So, I like Chick-fil-A. With small variances, they are all of similar satisfaction, consistent friendliness, and clean, even the busy ones. I live in Glassboro, NJ, and this one has been opened almost a year and it still feels like the day it opened. It's not as busy as all the others in the area, yet almost always dirty. Feels unorganized. Service is okay, but seems much slower than all the others I have gone to. It just seems like they have no rhythm, not as friendly, slower...
The drive thru is a bit slower than it should be, but the food's been great every time I've ordered. Also, drive thru line management needs to be worked on because I've been stuck behind someone for 5+ mins before even though I got my food and it's impossible to get out.
Most horrific drive-thru experience at a Chick-fil-A I've ever seen. Slow workers standing around, poor routing of cars, and for some reason the food takes at least twice as long to come out than it does at any other Chick-fil-A. I never thought I'd give them a bad review, but it is what it is. They should shut it down until they can fix it. Otherwise, if you have the ability to go to a different Chick-fil-A I would highly suggest doing so
