It’s impressive how quickly we were seated and how quickly the food comes out. They must be hustling in that kitchen and the wait staff has always been so pleasant & polite. “This is one of the nicest Thai places that I know of in SJ. I've been to a lot but only really review ones that I love.

Now as a disclaimer, and you can see in other people's posts, that the portion sizes are not what you typically see in this country. We all seem to be accustomed to taking something home. This is not the case here and to be honest, I prefer that.

Walking in, it seemed like with 2-3 people running the store that we might have to wait some time. This was not the case and we were tended to immediately and did not have to wait long for the food. Plus, the place is small and very cozy.

We got a drink, the crispy tofu appetizer (which was very soft on the inside and very crispy on the outside- and the sauce was thicker than usual, helping it stick!), tom yum soup, fried rice, and spicy drunken noodle. Everything was cooked perfectly. The noodles were springy. Both dishes were flavorful without being too salty. It felt like it would get too salty but it never made it that far.

Since we were going to the planetarium afterwards, we really didn't want to have leftovers and we were appropriately full- not too overstuffed and not still hungry.“

“from the beginning to the end of our experience, we felt extremely welcomed by the staff - very warm and friendly! the location was beautiful, whether you dine inside, on the covered patio, a small fire pit area, or picnic tables right near the water, you’re guaranteed a gorgeous view of the lake! we were able to bring a charcuterie board, which is permitted as long as food trucks are not there, it was really awesome to enjoy that and the delicious wine flights we ordered. very reasonable pricing for the wine, we left paying much less than we expected to. will definitely be returning in the future to enjoy the wonderful scenery and excellent service“

“Amazing wine!! Locally grown grapes unlike many others in southern NJ that have been outsourcing their grapes. This speaks to the pride and dedication to quality over quantity by the owners. Beautiful outdoor seating with spectacular views of the vineyard. A must see during your trip to the shore. The staff is friendly and professional. They even have a members club that’s worth looking into. If you’re a person who can appreciate a great local wine that isn’t cheapened by an outsourced product then this is the place for you. “I’m blown away. Seemingly nondescript pizza place in a strip mall. The staff is attentive and extremely nice. There’s not an empty seat in the house. About 12 tables all full. Chicken parm sandwich is delicious. Gem of a local spot where I hoped to get a quick bite.

One other thing about the staff is that there are a good number of special needs customers and elderly customers and the staff is accommodating and very sweet to all of them.“

“I won’t lie i love this place especially when the father is running it on sunday. After placing an online order i was called and told my order was cancelled due to them not having fish and that id be refunded within 24hrs…. 24hrs later the transaction posted as completed. I’ve tried reaching out to them multiple times and they assured me i would be refunded and that isn’t the case. I really fell in love with this place after the first visit so please do give them a chance just not online

We had one of the evening's specials, shrimp dumplings, as well as the Salmon Prik and the Drunken Noodles. All three were excellent. Also ordered the appetizer sampler - good but not up to the high standard of the other dishes. Ended the meal with fried bananas and vanilla ice cream. Every dish was beautifully presented and tasted delicious. We brought our own wine (love BYOB's) and ended the meal well below $100. Go support this place!“

“This Christmas Eve, I had the pleasure of dining at this Cicontes. The atmosphere was cozy and festive and our service was excellent. Their rolls are delicious, chewy and crusty with an olive oil dip. Dinners came with soup or salad. The salads were generous and fresh. The soup was a tasty large serving of Lentil soup. Everyone enjoyed their dinners. My Chicken Francese was so good! I was able to only eat half and save the rest for leftovers. Dessert was tasty as well, we tried the cannolis and ricotta cheesecake. Such a worthwhile place to enjoy a real meal. And don’t forget it’s BYOB! Looking forward to going back again!“

“We were in town for a dance competition (at Timber Creek Regional High down the street) and drove by Lucky's. The main signage for the store said fried chicken. Well, we got it and it was some of the best fried chicken I have ever had!!! Juicy meat, crispy skin and just perfect. My wife agreed 100 percent. My kids got chicken Cesar wraps which they loved and they also said the fries rocked. The super friendly owners fry it there after you order, so super fresh and hot. Try this place, you won't be disappointed!!!!“

“My friend and I finally made it to the Barnsboro Inn for lunch today-really wish we had discovered this gem a long time ago. We couldn’t stop talking about how charming it was inside, beautifully decorated for autumn. Our waitress was perfect-attentive but not hovering. My friend ordered the chicken quesadillas and I had the tavern cheese steak and both were scrumptious. Next time, we plan on going for dinner hopefully when it’s decorated for Christmas.“
