“This is one of the nicest Thai places that I know of in SJ. I've been to a lot but only really review ones that I love.

Now as a disclaimer, and you can see in other people's posts, that the portion sizes are not what you typically see in this country. We all seem to be accustomed to taking something home. This is not the case here and to be honest, I prefer that.

Walking in, it seemed like with 2-3 people running the store that we might have to wait some time. This was not the case and we were tended to immediately and did not have to wait long for the food. Plus, the place is small and very cozy.

We got a drink, the crispy tofu appetizer (which was very soft on the inside and very crispy on the outside- and the sauce was thicker than usual, helping it stick!), tom yum soup, fried rice, and spicy drunken noodle. Everything was cooked perfectly. The noodles were springy. Both dishes were flavorful without being too salty. It felt like it would get too salty but it never made it that far.

Since we were going to the planetarium afterwards, we really didn't want to have leftovers and we were appropriately full- not too overstuffed and not still hungry.“

First time I ordered subs and they were fantastic, also far better than anything locally here. Very busy but totally worth the wait.“

“I tried this ice cream place with my 5 year old little boy tonight for the first time ever and was excited! My son enjoyed his ice cream, but I was sadly disappointed with having ordered the hot fudge sunday only to receive vanilla soft serve with chocolate syrup and NOT actual HOT FUDGE, which I was expecting on a $6 hot fudge Sunday. 😞. If I wanted chocolate syrup over soft serve, I would have ordered that. I had an infant with me as well and that's WHY I didn't walk all the way back up from my car with two young kids to see if it could be fixed. I'm not sure I will be returning or able to recommend this place to anyone else. I was surprised because I had seen good reviews on this business but for my first time to have this happen, that wasn't impressive or good at all. 👎☹️“

“My favorite spot to eat in the Deptford Mall food court. Highly recommend the kimchi cheesesteak, but if you want traditional go with the Old School. Cheese fries were excellent as well.

It's a tad pricey but it's in the mall, so for what ya get I think it's fair. Quality is excellent as well. Give them a try.“

Lately, my husband and I fight over their fried wonton things and home made duck sauce. They are the best I ever had. I love how nothing in this restaurant is greasy. My cousin says they have the best sushi, but I don't eat it. They make it in the dining room in full view of customers.
Last night (Friday), I was carrying my toddler and a box of food, so a male employee came to open the doors for me. It was super nice, because they were busy. The women there aren't really nice, but I feel it's a culture thing. Americans seem overly friendly to other cultures.

“We are there on Wednesday night the food was delicious. We did not know how pet friendly they are, the owner Al was more than welcoming when we arrived. When our waitress came to the table she had a water bowl and some organic treats made by another local business and our boy Blue gobbled them up. “This is the best Chinese American food in Gloucester County. Most enjoy the crispy General Tso's chicken or the beef and broccoli, but so many locals turn to the wonton soup for comfort especially when sick. I highly recommend the beef chow ho fun because of the intense flavors from the hot fired wok. Service is excellent. I have noticed some that try to take advantage, but returning customers know that the restaurant always tries its best to keep diners happy. There is definitely a reason why it has won Best Chinese food in Washington Township numerous times.

Vegetarian options: The restaurant does it best to meet dietary requests and restrictions. Just ask.

Kid-friendliness: It is very kid friendly with families who love to dine there with their children of any age.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are two doors to open to enter the restaurant. If staff sees someone in a wheelchair, they will come out to assist. Most customers will also help.“
