Fitzgerald's 1928 Reviews
Love the place. Just had a few beers but great and friendly staff
Old school Irish pub. Had a skirt steak with mashed potatoes and string beans 30 bucks not bad at all. And the IPA beer selection is also very good.
My cousin took me here with her family to celebrate Father's Day food was great

Fitzgerald's 1928 is a charming restaurant located on a quiet street in Glen Ridge, reminiscent of the Revolutionary era. The decor and charm evoke a sense of nostalgia, with photographs and memorabilia from the 1920s adorning the walls. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate, with a muted design that avoids being overly tacky or loud. The service is excellent, with attentive staff, including the knowledgeable bartender Naomi, who is praised for her personable nature and yummy drinks. The menu offers a range of options, including a lobster roll, Eggs Benedict, and Flat Iron Steak with eggs and fries. The French fries are a standout, and the steak and pork chops receive high praise. Fitzgerald's 1928 is also a great place for events, with a lovely outside area where pets are welcome, and friendly staff like Paul Brewster ensure everything runs smoothly. The kitchen is kept immaculate, and the staff, including excellent chefs and bartenders, create a family atmosphere. Outside seating is available, making it a versatile spot for both brunch and dinner. Customers appreciate the good food, drinks, and service, and the place is especially known for Naomi’s amazing drinks and friendly personality. Overall, Fitzgerald's 1928 offers a unique atmosphere, excellent service, and great food, making it a perfect choice for celebrations, gatherings, or just a relaxing meal.
