Never have a problem with them besides an hour before close. I came to get food at 10pm and they had no queso, chips, or chicken.. I've worked at pancheros before and we always made sure we had everything until at least 15 min before close. Missing out on an hour of money because customers are coming in and walking away. Needs to be better management for closing. Other than that it's a solid location

There was a long line, and I was tempted to leave, but hunny, the customer service was top notch. They moved us right along so quickly and conveniently. No attitudes, no rushing, just good old-fashioned excellent customer service!
