“First off the burger was DELICIOUS! I got the el paso burger and I was impressed by how the chipotle mayo actually had some kick. The owner(I believe) is super nice and didn't make me feel rushed. The only reason why it's missing a star is bc I wish the patty was a liiiittle bit bigger. But other than that, the ingredients are clearly fresh. Thank you!“

“Ordered a Philly Cheesesteak from Pop's website on 8/25/25 and went to pick it up - it was ready and waiting :-) I've been to Pop's a few times and the food is always exceptional. This time I wanted to see if the man from Brooklyn (Steven, the owner) could whip up a Cheesesteak that could rival the top Philly steak shops. I've been to them all many times and I will say this - Steven not only met my expectations but exceeded them! He adds the cheese into the steak and mixes it in while on the grill. None of the Philly shops do this and it makes Pop's not only unique but, in my opinion, high quality steak, bread and done just right. Pop's is right there among the best! Highly recommended!!!“

“I just moved to the area and Joe’s was recommended as a great place. I had my first burger there last weekend. It was so delicious. It actually was two meals worth. And the person at the counter that waited on me was so very nice. Today’s my birthday and I’m going to treat myself to Joe’s if I get off work in time to come pick it up. I will definitely become a regular, I think.“

“Sol is one of those rare neighborhood restaurants that really brings a community together. Good food, excellent vibes, and wonderful care and service from the owners and staff is reflected in the many smiling faces I see here every morning, evening, and on the weekends when I pass by.
I finally got the chance to stop in for a proper meal (normally I grab a reasonably priced breakfast sandwich and a coffee here while I'm running for the bus) and I was delighted with my experience. The Sol Breakfast Platter hit the spot with a bold, hot cup of coffee! The music and general vibrancy of the room added to my pleasure of the experience. I look forward to coming back again with my wife in the near future to try out more of the delicious sounding items on the menu!
Parking: Free street parking on Livingston Ave or Stevens Street, but in a tight neighborhood
Kid-friendliness: The restaurant is very family friendly. I often see full families enjoying meals together.

My area and out of many choices I had this place caught our attention and we don’t regret going. Had pancakes 🥞, scrambled egg 🍳 and turkey bacon 🥓 and it was delicious 😋. Service was great. The man attending us was very nice to us . Atmosphere was great as well. Will be going back. I recommend this place 💯.“

In particular, the Mexican scrambled eggs (scrambled eggs with onions, peppers and ham), mushroom and cheese quesadillas, and tamales have been big hits. The food is really fresh and delicious. The service is excellent and the owner is so friendly. Generally, we are taking out or catering. The restaurant eating area is simple and fine for a quick work lunch. “My husband and I took our three grandchildren, 2,6,and 8 years old to Zappias Fri eve. With their open air front, we were able to hear the band playing in Lyric Park. So fun! We called ahead, and Claudia took our order. It was ready when the kids arrived, no stress with the wait. Pizza, chicken fingers and paninis with sauteed broccoli. Yum! The Zappia staff was very accommodating; it all worked so well. Thank you!“

“I ordered pizza and appetizers via slice app numerous times and they delivered on time without any issues. However, once an appetizer was not to our liking, I called them and provided honest feedback without expecting anything in return, with in 10 mins they delivered the appetizer the way it was supposed to be.
