“BEST LOCATION EVER! I had a wonderful opportunity to meet the owners, managers, and their family. All are very sweet, warm and welcoming. They were giving back to the community and having a little event with raffles, free food, and the best: free coffee every year. The event was nicely organized. The process was smooth and safe. They had fun games and activities for kids. There was even face painting, balloon, animals, and a Photo Booth. What a spectacular event this was. I am so happy that they Were hosting this event giving to the community. That is what this Dunkin location is all about. Because of their kindness and generosity, I will continuously show my love and support to this location.“

There's a little bit of everything to satisfy even the pickiest eater. I would just drive her (over a 2 hour drive for me) just to come eat here. I need this place closer to home, lol.“

“Amazing service, food, and atmosphere! Dining at Pink Pistachio Cafe was such a beautiful experience. Mariam was very attentive and helpful. For drinks ordered the mango mojito and pink matcha lattes. For lunch we enjoyed the fresh chipotle chicken sandwhiches. Cannot wait to come back again and order afternoon tea and desserts.“

“The story goes... 30+ years ago, when my mother-in-law was getting driven to the hospital to deliver her son (aka my husband), she stopped at this Dunkin' for coffee & a bite to eat. And thats why my husband loves DD.

Which also explains why we are here on at least a weekly basis. Its on the busy part of River Rd, can be tricky to drive into, but at least has a parking lot. The place is small and fast, perfect for quick to-go pickup.

Staff is great. Last time I went, I ordered 2 donuts and she put 5 in a bag for me. I am not sure if its because it was a slowish day or because I look massively pregnant. Regardless I never turn down free calories!“

When I walked in, it was evident that the guy behind the counter was working alone, yet he managed to handle everything efficiently. He greeted me with a warm smile and was quick to take my order, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Despite the rush, he remained attentive and patient, which greatly enhanced my visit.However, my positive experience took a hit when I needed to use the restroom. Unfortunately, it was not in the best condition. It was evident that a previous customer had left it in a messy state, which was disappointing. I expected a higher level of cleanliness, especially considering the great service I had received at the counter.I understand that accidents happen, but maintaining restroom cleanliness should be a priority for any establishment. This aspect of my visit left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth, as it detracted from the overall positive impression I had of the Dunkin location.In conclusion, while the customer service at this Dunkin in Scotch Plains, NJ, was top-notch, I hope the management can pay more attention to restroom cleanliness to ensure a consistently pleasant experience for all customers. I'll still return for their delicious coffee and donuts, but I hope to see improvements in this area in the future.“

“The best Dunkin near me thank you for giving me my Ice black coffee with no ice. Unlike the other Dunkin in Plainfield that is 7-10 minutes away from this one that said it was against policy to give me no ice…. and that was the only Dunkin that refuses it in New Jersey.“

“From the outside this place looks like it is falling apart but I was pleasantly surprised when I went inside to see a very clean and upkept looking dunkin establishment. Staff was all super friendly and nice. And food was made quick. Sandwich came out great and my matcha was mixed very well so there was no power all clumped up at the bottom like how some locations do it. Very glad I did not judge a book by its cover and chose to get lunch here. Wonderful experience, will be coming back again.“

Well, the service was so great here and everyone so friendly that I just never left. Every now & again I'll get a cold dark roast but they always correct the issue like any customer oriented establishment. I recommend this Dunkin.“
