“I recently visited the Dunkin located in Scotch Plains, NJ, and I had a mixed experience that I'd like to share.First and foremost, the customer service I received was outstanding. When I walked in, it was evident that the guy behind the counter was working alone, yet he managed to handle everything efficiently. He greeted me with a warm smile and was quick to take my order, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Despite the rush, he remained attentive and patient, which greatly enhanced my visit.However, my positive experience took a hit when I needed to use the restroom. Unfortunately, it was not in the best condition. It was evident that a previous customer had left it in a messy state, which was disappointing. I expected a higher level of cleanliness, especially considering the great service I had received at the counter.I understand that accidents happen, but maintaining restroom cleanliness should be a priority for any establishment. This aspect of my visit left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth, as it detracted from the overall positive impression I had of the Dunkin location.In conclusion, while the customer service at this Dunkin in Scotch Plains, NJ, was top-notch, I hope the management can pay more attention to restroom cleanliness to ensure a consistently pleasant experience for all customers. I'll still return for their delicious coffee and donuts, but I hope to see improvements in this area in the future.“

“My wife and I have our Dunkin date (with the dog) each weekday morning. The staff literally treats us like family. They are kind, fun, and generous.

They even keep fresh lemons in stock (all year long) for my wife’s iced tea. They are the only D&D that still provides fresh lemons!!

“Pleasantly surprised when I found out they fry the donuts on the spot so it’s nice and perfectly warm when served. Tried out the blueberry pie and strawberry shortcake donuts and they were delicious. They melt in your mouth and have the perfect texture. The donuts also had the perfect amount of sweetness and they were not overly sweet. However, I did wish that the strawberry shortcake had more icing on it because I felt it had less than the blueberry one. The staff were super helpful and friendly too!“

“The place looks really clean and stylish, and the decor definitely gives it a different vibe.

The location is also really nice, especially being right by the zoo with a view of the city. It gives the whole place a cool atmosphere and makes it feel a little more special.

I also liked that you can place the order yourself. It’s simple, easy, and the food came out pretty fast.

“Went here on Saturday April 11, 10am and Ive never been to a Dunkin where the service is beyond your usual nice customer service. The gentleman helping us was friendly, courteous and so professional. We had 3 young kids with us so a lil hectic, man greeted us with friendly smiling face while asking how he can help, we werent ready yet and he was courteous and didnt rush and politely helped the next customer, got our orders explained the items cos i didnt know what to get since i dont go to dunkin often lol. He went above and beyond giving options. provided our orders so fast and the other lady was also so sweet towards our kids. even offered small and tall straws 😄 who does that nowadays in fast food chains offering options ☺️ Also i asked for an extra cup and the lady gave it to me and the man also followed up of I got the extra cup since he was the one talkng the orders and the lady was the one maling the orders. Anyway, didnt expect this level of service from a fastfood chain so thank you for making our experience wonderful. :)“

“I used to go to a Dunkin’ closer to where I work but they had modified hours during the onset of the pandemic so I started going to this one. Well, the service was so great here and everyone so friendly that I just never left. “Had a great experience with Madison Bagel Cafe. This is exactly what you want from a local bagel spot—fresh, high-quality bagels with that perfect texture and flavor.

I got the sausage, egg, and cheese bagel, and it was excellent—simple, classic, and done right. You can tell everything is made with care, and the consistency really stands out.

The staff are friendly and efficient, and everything feels very well-run. The owner was also a pleasure to talk to, which added to the whole experience. “I've gone to this dunkin for years and I come back for a couple reasons. Service is great and I enjoy talking with the regulars that work there. It can get pretty busy during the mornings depending on the day, but still good service. They recently remodeled and I noticed they opened back up. Glad to see them back up and running.“

“The story goes... 30+ years ago, when my mother-in-law was getting driven to the hospital to deliver her son (aka my husband), she stopped at this Dunkin' for coffee & a bite to eat. And thats why my husband loves DD.

Which also explains why we are here on at least a weekly basis. Its on the busy part of River Rd, can be tricky to drive into, but at least has a parking lot. The place is small and fast, perfect for quick to-go pickup.

“Visiting Prince Donuts last week and spend some time with Fernando who is the owner and his daughter Stephanie who more or less runs that facility in Linden New Jersey. Prince donut produces a very wide variety of baked goods specializing in breakfast type items like muffins and pound cakes in addition to cookies, Black and Whites and more. It's a great business that provides many jobs for the local community while the bakery distributes product nationally and into the Caribbean islands. The family-owned business is very easy to work with and I've enjoyed my relationship with them for many years. Look for their products in the marketplace under the brands Fernando's Bakery, and American classic, and Marcia's Gourmet“

“This Dunkin is my go-to in the morning. Service is fast specially the guy that is working in the sandwich station. He works alone but gets the food done quick and right. I always order my ice coffee caramel 1 pump cream and my sausage egg and cheese extra sausage. They do it perfectly. Great Job!“
