Delivery was 50mins late,no courtesy call,This isn't the first time this has happened....so I drove there to pick up myself.Was told the driver just left,no sorry for the inconvenience or anything...I think I'm done with Ciccontes....

Picked up a pizza today and while the food itself was solid — fresh, tasty, and piping hot (maybe too hot) — I couldn’t help but feel uncomfortable seeing the conditions the employees were working in. It was 102°F outside, and easily hotter inside. No visible A/C or cooling setup, just heat radiating from the ovens and the summer sun. The staff was doing their best to stay friendly and efficient, but honestly, it looked miserable in there. It’s one thing for the pizza to be scorching — that’s expected — but the people making it shouldn’t have to suffer through unsafe working conditions just to keep things running. The food was good, but it left a bad taste in my mouth knowing the toll it’s taking on the team. Management really needs to invest in proper ventilation or cooling — no pizza is worth someone overheating. I hope they address this soon.

Food is never consistent. We order online so there shouldn't be any miscommunication but most times the order is wrong or missing something. Every delivery driver has been excellent.

We took advantage of their Wednesday special dollar a slice / $8 a plain pie. Love the flavoring of the sauce and the crispiness of the pizza. The wings were great as well, we ordered the mild sauce which has a nice sweetness to it.

The pizza was good but by the order half of pizza onions and black olives on left side. The Whole Pizza was covered in black olives and onions. Not what I ordered kids like plain pizza. Had to get something for my granddaughter to eat. Please teach cooks to read. Next time I will be contacting Bobby personally!!

Love paying for cheese ×2 than getting none... the manager was in the kitchen too. So a little crazy to forget something so simple.... I've lived in gibbstown a little over 3 years, I Know sometime in the last year they changed managers and it's just not been the same...
20 years later and I still think about their breadsticks. Sitting in that single booth with my burger extra crispy french fries and breadsticks. I really wish these guys would deliver to Pennsylvania!! This was back in 1999 by the way!

I order here because it's the closest pizza place in my area and it's convenient, but it has been disappointing too many times to count. The most recent offense that inspired my review was ordering on Wednesday and after getting my pie, I see they skimped out on the sauce and basically gave me cheese on a thin crust. Taste was 2/10, 3/10 after adding hot sauce.
Another offense in the past was I had to wait 20 minutes longer than they told me because they forgot I placed an order, which happens. However they already had a order of mozzarella sticks ready for me that I ordered. So they gave me cold mozzarella sticks and a fresh pizza, which I would have rather just not paid for the sticks if their cooling off for 20 minutes before eating them. Would not recommend for quality but good for convenience.

The food here is very good, the wraps and salads especially, the prices are on point and when you ask for extra of something they definitely deliver. I recommend the cobb salad or the Buffalo chicken wrap. They offer the option to have the salad tossed which is nice cause sometimes mixing the dressing in yourself is a pain. And delivery was super quick, we do live 2 mins away though, but you can tell they brought it the second it was finished cause everything was so hot.
