The food is horrible. More than an hour late. They should have a negative to put at this place (its not a restaurant - It's a place) Service. Horrible. Owner ever worse. Don't order from this place. You will do nothing but go hunger and don't even waste your money. I will be getting a full refund. Will update tomorrow.

I order the lemon pepper wings, they came dry and overcooked. The employees at the job I work for has had MANY complains about the cooking. Maybe its time to change cooks huh? Losing business this way.

The drug addict they got in there not cooking things properly, leaving the chicken raw. Putting too Much salt on the fries which he don’t cook properly while cleaning his ears and nose with bare hands and not washing after. I told him the chicken was raw and idk what he understood but he ran to the back to hide. Not sure how that business is still opened.

Was trying the place for the first time. Located about 20-30 mins away. Ordered from Grubhub. Driver never arrived so we called the restaurant and the guy who answered was very rude. He complained about our distance from the restaurant as if we were 100 miles away. If they don’t want to deliver “this far” which is only 9 miles, they should change their radius on Grubhub. Never ordering from them again.

I placed a pickup order through Grubhub. ETA was for 5:35. It wasn't ready until 6:20. I ordered a beef gyro, and they gave me a burnt hamburger on pita bread. I also ordered their prosciutto sandwich, and they gave me ham. Save your money. I won't be back. I used to work in the area and ordered from here all the time. Sad to see how poor the quality is now.

Ordered via too good to go... arrived and it was closed and doors locked.Called both numbers provided and even tried to contact via chat and NOTHING.... surprise to me... I wasn't the only one saw a few people trying to figure out what happened ?Quick updateHad someone contact me later in the evening to let me know my order was canceled and they were indeed closed.Was offered a new surprise bag...we'll see ?Update update...I was able to pick up a surprise box today.. .. this is an absolute disgrace. LOL. May as well have in thawed a frozen pizza and sadly sprinkled uncooked garlic and soggy eggplant on top. Seriously, I am never one to leave reviews but this is absurd.

I usually never write reviews, as someone who used to work in the restaurant business, but making a special exception! Ordered through EZ Cater for my office, and delivery person is over 45 minutes late. Would not update me about where the driver was when called or give cross streets. Asked me to "drop a pin". When EZ Cater called, management lied and said I gave the incorrect address, which is frankly untrue. Don't order from here for any catering needs!

Haven’t had the best experiences ordering from here as of late, however the owner/management reached out to me directly when they heard of a less than desirable experience that I had when ordering from here and I don’t know any other place that would do that!!! I have been ordering from this pizzeria since they opened and like many others who have left reviews, have seen them go through some issues recently from staffing to food quality, however I am certain it is related to the same staffing shortages and supply chain issues that so many businesses and industries have faced. With all that said, I would continue to recommend this family owned pizzeria to all, as I am certain that they are getting back to the food and service we all know and love.And I do recommend that you place your orders directly with the pizzeria because using 3rd party ordering platforms (Uber Eats, Doordash, GrubHub) definitely add to some of the unnecessary hassles (a lesson I learned the hard way).

I have been a customer for years the wings were the worst I have ever tasted. I threw them in the garbage!! The chef salad was okay but it look like it was thrown together. I will not order again. Missing the previous owners!!Parking: Not easy to park.
