Applebee's Grill + Bar

Waited 10 mins for 2 bottle beers and sodas.
Took appetizers and food order once drinks came. Food came quickly. No one checked in on food after served. Finally someone came over long after finishing meal. Order 2 more drinks. 10 min later still nothing. Paid bill through kiosk and left. Plenty of people working but just standing around.

I went to the Applebee’s in Hackensack curbside pick up. The mail was so cold. It had to be sitting there for a half an hour or more.

Terribly lazy and uninterested staff. Everyone in there is sitting around on their phones. Came to pick up and order and not one person came up to me for 15 minutes. Crazy!

Somehow they made the chicken parm rubbery. Also the other thing we ordered, the bourbon chicken and shrimp was too salty. I’m never going to Applebees again. The chips and artichoke dip were good though.

Had a great experience Matt the manager and Pam were friendly and provided great service.I enjoyed a good meal and of course I had to have dessert yummy

I visited this Applebee's and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with the food preparation time. It took over 37 minutes for a simple order of pasta with chicken, cheese sticks, and wings. My husband ended up having to leave before his food was even ready, which was really frustrating. We completely understand that busy days can cause delays, but it would have been helpful if the staff had informed us when we placed the order that the wait time would be around 37-40 minutes. If we we known, we could have made a more informed decision about whether to wait or not. A heads-up at the time of ordering would have made all the difference.

Food was ok, not great. Service was terrible, slow and rude. Also noticed the kiosk on the table used to pay was inflating tips. My bill was $37 and clicking the "20%" option added $10 tip. Math doesn't add up. Don't appreciate being scammed after such a mediocre experience. The Paramus location is 1000% better.

Couldn't have chosen a better time and place to have a delicious meal with great service and atmosphere.

The food and service were great. Chicken and broccoli linguine alfredo is a must try, also their chicken wontons. Wings weren't as flavorful as I'd like, but still good, so was the sampler. Drinks were ok, not great.

Sarah was awesome and unlike other servers I've had she actually made sure we were happy with everything we ordered and never let us have an empty drink when we needed a refill
