Had a great experience Matt the manager and Pam were friendly and provided great service.I enjoyed a good meal and of course I had to have dessert yummy

I visited this Applebee's and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with the food preparation time. It took over 37 minutes for a simple order of pasta with chicken, cheese sticks, and wings. My husband ended up having to leave before his food was even ready, which was really frustrating. We completely understand that busy days can cause delays, but it would have been helpful if the staff had informed us when we placed the order that the wait time would be around 37-40 minutes. If we we known, we could have made a more informed decision about whether to wait or not. A heads-up at the time of ordering would have made all the difference.

Food was ok, not great. Service was terrible, slow and rude. Also noticed the kiosk on the table used to pay was inflating tips. My bill was $37 and clicking the "20%" option added $10 tip. Math doesn't add up. Don't appreciate being scammed after such a mediocre experience. The Paramus location is 1000% better.

Couldn't have chosen a better time and place to have a delicious meal with great service and atmosphere.

The food and service were great. Chicken and broccoli linguine alfredo is a must try, also their chicken wontons. Wings weren't as flavorful as I'd like, but still good, so was the sampler. Drinks were ok, not great.

Sarah was awesome and unlike other servers I've had she actually made sure we were happy with everything we ordered and never let us have an empty drink when we needed a refill

Justin is Very nice

Love the atmosphere and the attentive with customers. Overall great service and 100% recommend this location with Sarah & Justin. And manager Kay Jay amazing.

You walk in feeling like dance. This place gives off those kind of vibes. Really nice looking restaurant. It has that upbeat feel to it. The woman's room is nicely lit and very clean. Our waitress was on top of everything. We were only drinking sodas and yet she kept them filled for us. She checked in on us quite a few times. The food was superb. Everything came out exactly as ordered. The flavor was there in every bite. I wanted dessert, I had no room for it. I did not have the space for it. We totally enjoyed ourselves. It was a great night with great food and a fabulous server.

Bad food quality is horrible

Did not like my first and last visit to Applebee's. My join wait-list was not honored through their website. Place is not clean. Lots of people on the visit and it was definitely not a comfortable or relaxing restaurant. The air was stuffy, service slow. Will not go back even for an Oreo Shake.
