Brooklyn's Brick Oven Pizzeria

Some pieces of dough in breadsticks and pizza crust surprisingly contained sugar, so they tasted sweet. I could understand slightly salty, but sweet??
I always loved Brooklyn Pizza and it's link to the GREAT Grimaldi heritage. You'd never taste sugar at Grimaldi. Hopefully it is a one time spill/fluke.

Absolutely superb pizza! The ingredients tasted so fresh. Great tasting sauce and cheese. Great service. One of the best, if not the best pizza spots in the are. They’re doing things the old school way, and they’re doing it right.

I won't say much about this pizzeria but I have been visiting this place for years. You definitely can't come to NJ and not stop by their location in Hackensack. Everything is delicious.

I love a thin crust white pizza. Brooklyn pizza knows how to make my favorite pie. Mushrooms, onions and black olives. The mushrooms were so fresh and delicious. The onions cooked to perfection. Just the right amount of black olives to make for the perfect pizza pie. I loved the Crack I got when I bite into the slice. It was heavenly. It carried on till the last piece I ate. I highly doubt for pizza lovers you can make a better pizza. Make sure you take cash with you. They don't accept any other payment. Bring the kids

This was some of the best pizza I've ever had. Their bread is delicious which makes sense why the pizza was so good. You can taste the fact that all the ingredients are freshly prepared daily. I would make sure to come back here every time im in town.

Beautiful Pizzeria Restaurant with a coal fire Brick Oven right infront to enjoy while your Pizza is bring made... plenty of parking , just make sure you bring CASH as thats thr only type of payment they accept... OLD SCHOOL??
