Capron's Chop House is a cool, fun place to dine in. The food was good and fresh. The steak was yummy. The wine was good. The service was a little slow, as the place was packed, but the waiter was very kind and nice.
Vincent was super helpful and amazing. We loved our experience at Capons!
They were so attentive and hospitable. We enjoyed the service! They gave a personal handwritten birthday card to my boyfriend and that made his entire day!

Capon's Chophouse is a restaurant where the food and service are top notch. Every single time, the food is excellent, properly, genuinely excellent. The cooking respects ingredients, knows when to be bold and when to be restrained. The menu has staples and a rotating special, and guests have yet to be disappointed. Many recommend trying the Bread Experience, which is life changing. Specific meals mentioned include the Kosher Ribeye, NY Strip, 16 oz ribeye, tuna crudo, cesar salad, disco fries, east coast/ west coast oysters, 8oz Peppercorn Filet with whipped Potato, crispy rice, Market Salad, grilled Branzino, steak frites, and Carrot Cake. The cocktails are great, and the sides are 10/10 with nice sized portions. The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely good at their job. The atmosphere is cosy and welcoming, with a relaxed buzz, though it can be very loud on the inside. The restaurant is beautiful on the inside and does not feel like a mall. It is a great spot for a special occasion, date nights, or bigger group dinners. Prices are sensible for the quality. Guests have recommended this place and everyone has thanked them. It is a little slice of heaven.
