Wow been a customer for 15+ yrs and this visit was by far the worst I’ve ever encountered. Walked in 15 min to closing to find certain staff upset at the fact that I was there with 3 other people. Upon asking closest person if they would help me (btw she had EarPods in both ears) I quickly was greeted with attitude. Wanted certain flavor and she denied my order stating the ice cream was too hard too scoop. I asked her if she was ok and she proceeded to take tub out of display case and while returning it back into freezer, it was thrown back over other tubs of ice cream to make a statement. I specifically asked to speak to a manager in order to clarify what the problem was I was told by another staff member that she did not know the name of a manager nor did they want to help the situation instead claiming I was being rude by asking for a supervisor. I’ve worked in customer relations for a decade. This generation is too privileged wearing headphones while talking to customers claiming me and my family are wrong by asking for upper management or coming in close to closing time. Let’s just say I will not be returning nor family or friends will come back smh wow

Too much staff turn over. Not trained well alot of staff standing around doing nothing when you are waiting to be seeved. new chicken place makes lot high risk for tour vehicle being hit. Otherwise the ice cream itself is greatParking: Its too tight and crowded. New chicken place is bringing in alot of business n parking keeps ne n others i know from goong yhere
The worst service ever! I walked out several times because the employees were too busy doing other things rather than take care of the long line of customers. I will never go to this particular Carvel again! Terrible, service!!!!

One of the jolliest workers at carvel, made my experience so much easier and welcoming, plus the food tastes great, service was great, handfed me the ice cream, genuinely a great place to have a sweat treat with ur friends and family.

I have used this Carvel twice for custom birthday cakes. Both times the cakes were beautiful. I only gave a general idea and let them handle the rest. Will continue to get all of my kid’s birthday cakes there!

I called to pick up a cake, and when a female answered, there was another female in the background saying I'm not here. You answer it. Then, when questioned about the cake, the female was polite, but whoever it was in the background. Really needs to reevaluate their customer service skills.
