I have such a soft spot for this place. It, like so many other Chick-fil-A stores, is often super slammed. Nonetheless, this very well-staffed store runs smoothly and efficiently almost all of the time. The operator – Mr. Keith – runs a tight ship, but is also willing to jump in at any position needed to assist his employees with the flow of their work. I really admire this – someone who jumps in at any position to help out, even though there are always employees to manage...
Wow didnt take long for this place to dive. Go for breakfast at 8 AM opens at 6:30. Worker tells me muffins frozen no muffins. I ask for bisquit. No bisquits. So I leave. Go back at 9:30 AM place order. Girl states no muffins ran out. How the hell does chick fil a run out of muffins. Order bisquits and drink. Wait on drive thru forever. Get order and leave. Open meal and no drink. How hard is this?This is not the first time this place failed
These poor workers are in the freezing cold shivering all for the sake of speed? They need to fix this immediately. It is 35 degrees and they aren't even under the warmers. Fix this immediately, it's unethical and disgusting.
