THE WORST FOOD I HAVE EVER EATEN! THE OWNER IS RUDE! We ordered a sausage broth that, as they know in Ecuador, is filled with rice and they NEVER told me that they included black chorizo! Like sausage! I returned the dish and they still charged me $10. I told them what the reason was. They told me because I tried the broth! So if you don't know how to cook Ecuadorian food, don't cook! We ordered a bun later! And the bun was cold and had a saved flavor! Lousy food! Don't come, there are better restaurants and better customer service!!

I do not recommend that you buy encebollado. It is not one of their strong dishes. They even sent me sweet chifles! What an outrage!

Rico, I love Bolones, they make them instantly and fresh.
The food is very delicious, the onion is the best in Hackensack

I come to Galapagos specifically to eat their Bolón de Verde Mixto y Pinto. Mixto means it has chicharrón and cheese, Pinto means they use a sweeter plantain. It's not traditional, but I love eating it here. With the Bolón, I like to order the encurtido salad with an egg on the side and black coffee. I usually pay about $15 all together.

Service was great, they were very fast. They also remodeled and it feels very homey and clean. You'll usually just find other Ecuadorian locals here.

The truth is, the atmosphere looks very good but the service is terrible. I had been waiting for half an hour for them to take my order and they didn't
I had to stop and tell them to take my order.
Plus the orange juice ? instead of tasting like orange it tasted like tree tomato.

Es alto bolón de chicharrón, huma, and a jugo de mora.

Oliver excellent nothing was too sweet nor too salty. The bolón had a beautiful crust to it and the inside is really nice soft and the chadron was also very tender.

The Amita had a nice amount of cheese on it not too sweet some pieces of corn.

Super excited to try this place again soon
