Take out place w seating. Pricing is similar to large Flushing Dim Sum tea house. Portions are on the smaller end and food is not on the same scale/quality/taste as those large Dim Sun tea houses. Congees (2x) have almost no meat and at $8 per order. Is ok when u have a huge craving and don’t want to drive to NYC. Is definitely $25+ per person.

Here for dim sum, while there's no oldstyle cart being pushed, you order at the counter and wait for it to be prepared. Have visited several times.

Decent dim sum, check the picture menu to see what you want to order.

There are booth table, unless it's crowded you should be able to find a seat.

Restroom available.

Ample parking around back.

Street is busy with vehicles, so...

My Grubhub order was delivered immediately, and thought I have once ordered Minced Beef Congee that was bland but that was not the case this time. Everything was very flavorful and delicious including the
