With this many bad reviews, dominos really need to do something about this location. I called as I placed my order online and asked for my chicken ( 3 orders) to be well done, instead, I got them almost raw. The cheesy bread was completely raw in the middle, I mean, dough pulling raw. It was absolutely disgusting. Maybe they were speeding up the over or something because I’ve never had raw food from dominos before.

Pizza and desserts are pretty good, just make sure you don't order delivery because it will take for ever. I ordered a pizza and it took them over an hour to bring it even though I was 10 minutes away.

This location is completely disgusting! The customer service is HORRIBLE and the food is even worse ! I ordered a chicken Cesar salad from here and my lettuce was OLD AND RED ! I’ve been sending complaints for this location for 1 YEAR ! There are a bunch of CHILDREN working in this location ! The mangers are rude and one even hung up on me . Some don’t speak English so the teenagers that work here have to translate. EVERY SINGLE order I’ve ever made at this location has BEEN WRONG ! Or incomplete! I will be contacting BERGEN COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT IN REGARDS TO THE DISGUSTING QUALITY OF FOOD I HAVE RECEIVED! My lettuce was RED! THE FOOD IS HALF DONE AND THAT MEANS THERE IS PLENTY HEALTH HAZARDS!

Delivery took 2 hours where it was supposed to take 35-45 minutes, manager repeatedly lied saying that it would be here in a few minutes each time I called.

Never got my food waited 3 hours for my food and haven’t received it and my place was only 4 minutes away.

Terrible place . Never waste your money ordering there. Ordered car side , not only nobody came out, employees are just chillin with no care in the world , taking selfies , and order that was supposed to be ready 30 min ago was being just prepared . I had to sit there and wait , when walked in they acted as they never seen me and I wasn’t there 10Min ago, asking me if I ordered anything . Awfull place ! Stay away!

We have ordered a pizza 2 hours ago, the app keep saying it has been delivered but we never got it. Once the app says as delivered, I can't ask for a refund. When I called the store, the manager was apologizing for the long waiting, but the pizza would be here in 10 minutes. It has been 20 minutes already and nothing. I need to wake up very early tomorrow and the last thing we need is having pizza after 11pm. Don't order from this store.

When you pay for something you have an expectation of getting what you paid for REGARDLESS OF THE PRICE. I ordered two medium pies with extra sauce and cheese, I called them to let them know hey please make sure you add extra cheese and extra sauce on both my pies, i was told my the clerk "if you have it on the app and you want more you will need to pay extra" I had already paid about $25 for two specialty pizzas and I paid about 4 bucks extra on top of that, when I arrive home and open up the box this is what the pizzas looked like....This dominos used to be awesome I don't know what happened but the staff also isn't friendly and even with me paying extra I felt it was a waste of time Complaining as the moment I arrived the staff all looked all at me with a very distinct look. I think this is probably the last time I'll have dominos rather support the local pizzerias and pay a bit more but get treated with respect, honor and kindness
