I will never order from here again. My food took an hour and a half to be delivered. They lie about the preparation and delivery time. My pizza was cold and rock hard. This franchise makes the brand look bad.
Very disappointing experience. My order was supposed to arrive between 10:30 p.m. and 10:50 p.m., but it still hadn’t arrived by 11:15 p.m. I ended up waiting for over an hour for a restaurant that’s only a short distance from my home. The delay was unacceptable, and there was no proper communication about it. This was extremely frustrating, and I expected much better service.
