The morning crew is the best! They are so friendly, welcoming and loving! They memorize your order and have it for you when they see you in line or sometimes even when you’re coming in.. leaving you to feel SPECIAL! I went for 1 pint of a specific flavor (rocky road), but they had just 4 other options. The staff treated me very well. The place was OK, but it is not a place where I would sit to enjoy my ice cream or coffee.

This use to be my favorite place to sit and have a cup of coffee, it was always busy and the tables were usually full of coffee drinkers but it was so changed when I visited, It had a hurry up and go vibe. Coffee was as weak as usual .

Got ignored by two staff employees the employee in the section of basket robin helped me the other two were no help
Terrible customer service from the girl who serves. Her staff doesn't say hi or bye. I say hello and they don't even answer. They start talking to each other and don't pay attention to the customer.

Good ice cream at moderate prices. There was only one counter person to serve a large crowd of customers. While the counter person was hard working and since he was alone, it caused delays in service. They need to hire more workers.

I went in for coffee...I don't frequent Dunkin. Though as far as they go, it's a Dunkin...they're all the same UNLESS you have a particularly bad or good experience. This was fine.
