This Dunkin wasn’t perfect but it was reliable and it was ours. It’s been there for over a decade. But now they’re closing it because of greedy land developers seeking to turn Hackensack into a crowd of apartments. Just taking and taking landmarks until there’s nothing left. Shame on the Labrosse team and how they have allowed developers to destroy Hackensack for their own financial gain.

I’m absolutely blown away!! God is good all the time!! The manager or owner I forget their name helped my mother today retrieve video footage showing and proving how much I absolutely love and adore my son!! My son’s mother recently accused me (a couple weeks ago when I had visitation with my son and my mother) of hitting or hurting my son at the Dunkin’ Donuts here in Hackensack!! I now have ANOTHER DCP&P CASE!! Seems every single time my son gets a bump or scratch or bruise she calls on me!! Every single time my sons mother makes herself out to look dumb and I show and prove that I love my son more then I love myself or even life in general!! And I’m not petty and I’m not gonna tit for tat with her but today the manager or owner Marexis I think my mom said her name was went above and beyond helping my mom get footage showing that I am a loving father and didn’t and wouldn’t ever hurt my son!! I fear for my sons well being and no one will help me!! He lives in a house with his mother, his grandmother and grand father and uncle!! It’s a kinda crowded house it’s hectic and I know from what he repeats to me that it’s probably chaotic and full of drama and he’s probably exposed to all kinds of toxicity and violence and inappropriate behavior cause he a lot of the time acts out in such ways he could have only learned from where he lives!! I have 50/50 custody but she has residential custody I only get him 18hrs out of a month and any and every time he acts out in school or gets a bump or bruise I’m accused of being the problem or culprit SMH!! The police won’t help me the courts won’t help me DCP&P won’t help me and I’m at a loss on what to do except pray and pray really hard for the safety of my child and his wellbeing!!! But the manager or owner of this Dunkin was an Angel and by the grace of God she was able to help my mother and I get video surveillance PROOF showing how I didn’t do anything at all there was no altercation andddddd I love him very very much by seeing our interaction!! I felt so so good and blessed that even a perfect stranger could see that from a short video and gave me validation that at least someone else can see it plane as day!! Thank you so so very much and God bless you and ur family!!!!

These girls at this Dunkin were moving so fast and efficient. There was so many people inside and so many mobile orders and the girls were on top of everything I didn’t mind waiting a couple minutes while it’s busy and they were fantastic! Outstanding service felt bad for how busy it was and they handled it greatly and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed:) thank you !!

The morning crew is the best! They are so friendly, welcoming and loving! They memorize your order and have it for you when they see you in line or sometimes even when you’re coming in.. leaving you to feel SPECIAL! I went for 1 pint of a specific flavor (rocky road), but they had just 4 other options. The staff treated me very well. The place was OK, but it is not a place where I would sit to enjoy my ice cream or coffee.

This use to be my favorite place to sit and have a cup of coffee, it was always busy and the tables were usually full of coffee drinkers but it was so changed when I visited, It had a hurry up and go vibe. Coffee was as weak as usual .
