their night crew is slow unmotivated and at times rude, 6am you could be the first one in the drive thru, and it'll still take so long!
you go there for coffee, if it isn't an unacceptable wait time, the order is wrong. until now, I just motored through, but now I'm saying something!
I've been going there every morning for 2 years, I order the same thing every day mocha iced coffee, 10 minutes later; I leave with mocha iced tea, how?
