I have repeatedly received sour tasting (not fresh) iced coffee from this location. I can tell immediately by the darker color. Go to the nearby one at 86-110 River St, better quality and service.

I used to really like this location. Over the past year, I've gotten poor service every time I try to give them another chance. Today, they screwed up and did not give me a big meal, only the coffee. Apparently, they only entered the type of coffee I wanted, not entire order. I paid for coffee and went to a better run Dunkin. Won't be back.

Terrible. I have shopped at this store for more than 10 years. Two days ago I went there to get a coffee, I heard some voices but no one took care of me, after 10 minutes a rude and disrespectful short red haired lady who was speaking spanish with her coworkers got behind the counter and said "Yes, what can I get you" I answered I'm standing here for 10 minutes and no one took care of me, she answered, "I was taking care of my customers, you saw that right"? I said, yes but I am also a customer, then she addressed me more disrespectfully and asked me " are you going to order or what". I believe this kind of people should be trained not only on how to prepare a meal but how to talk to a customer. These people make a well known franchise look bad. Dunkin Doughnuts should hire people with manners and at least High school education.

I used to love this Dunkin location. I would purposefully drive further to this location simply because I enjoyed the service and how they made the drinks here in comparison to the other dunkin locations in my area. Unfortunately though, today, I experienced attitude and rudeness by the worker who attended me at the drive through. I had placed an order on the mobile app and pulled up the speaker and told her my name. She instantly gave me attitude because she didn’t understand my name then she proceeded to tell me that I had just ordered the drink and that next time I should not “order it on the line”. I have no idea what that means so I asked her and she just stayed quiet and told me to go to the window. This whole interaction was just her snapping at me, giving me attitude, and being straight up disrespectful with her tone. When I received the drink it tasted absolutely disgusting. I wouldn’t be surprised if she purposely made it taste bad. If you are having a bad day do not take it out on your customers. Leave the mean girl behavior behind in middle school and grow up. We are all adults here just trying to live.

Customer is lacking if you are not going to listen and pay attention what is the point I had to tell the cashier my order 3 times and he still gets it wrong and if you are the manager shame on you you can't get annoyed it's a simple drink order I can't even enjoy the drink very disappointed and another worker tries to make my drink and you still decided you want to make my drink and mess it up

Went to Dunkin this morning Tahj was outside in the rain he took our order and once we got to the window he was there taking our payment. Btw first in a while Dunkin gets my order correct. There were like 5 people in there but Tahj was getting the job done. He deserves a raise he had a great attitude and was very nice. Thank you Tahj
