I got here often to get coffee before work or before picking up my son from school. Usually the service is great. Today they had two people working and a line to the street. I ordered my coffee at 3:19 in the app. I was still waiting at the drive thru window at 3:51. It hadn’t even been made yet. That is horrible. Waiting 10 minutes for the line to the speaker and then waiting again to get to the window and no one made it til I asked for refund? My day is ruined. I was...

Went to Dunkin this morning Tahj was outside in the rain he took our order and once we got to the window he was there taking our payment. Btw first in a while Dunkin gets my order correct. There were like 5 people in there but Tahj was getting the job done. He deserves a raise he had a great attitude and was very nice. Thank you Tahj
