Let me tell you meatballs with parm small size , unbelievable soooo good.
No compare with any Italian restaurants nor pizza places omg!
I went to firehouse sub in hackensack, still the best meatballs parm small[ to me its medium 😋] way better than any Italian restaurants or 🍕 pizza place, so soft moisture gravy 😋 they even toast it..
Right now after I ate, going to the car so happy!

Friendly atmosphere, I was greeted immediately upon waking in. Person taking my order was friendly and professional. My sandwich was made fresh and served with a smile.

The subs are made hot I got the Italian its supposed to be a cold sandwich and it was warm with melted cheese they don't follow directions when ordering will never order from this place again I spent a lot of money here on sandwiches it is nasty save your money and go elsewhere

I've never had a positive experience at this location. I've given them three opportunities and unfortunately, the sandwiches are always lacking. Also they are always forgetting something. I've come to believe the reason why they have high counters is so you can't see the mistakes they're making.
Most recently, I asked for onions and reassured I wanted the pickle slice but guess what, they somehow forgot it even though they literally just asked. Also look at how sparse the sandwich is, this is what you get for $10.
My prior visit to this, I made an online order and came 20 minutes later. I literally had to wait another hour for the sandwich because their policy was to serve in person offers first. There were 3 other people waiting like me who started arguing with them because the wait was ridiculous. They somehow dragged out each in person customer to 10 minutes so they could I assume punish us for the online orders. I would hope they fixed this policy since.
The only reason why I came here is because this location is conveniently located in a shopping center. Next time, I'll drive the extra distance to go to Jersey Mike's or Subways. This establishment certainly gives firehouse subs a bad name.

Today is 05/05/2024, My daughter had half a meatball sub yesterday afternoon, she said the smell is bad, I did not pay much attention, but today she has fever and diarrhea

Ordered on doordash under same name like an hour ago. got chili, chips, two sandwiches.missing the extra toppings i paid for on one sandwich, and didnt give me the chili or chips. tried to call for some type of reason for why it happened, no answer. even forgot the side pickle lmfao. Id be fired in my restaurant for this if I sent this out the door.absolute garbage, ill stick to jersey mikes.

This is the only place we have been at doesn’t have water cups , and they don’t even allow you to bring in the kids water bottle because they claim corporate said you can’t bring outside food and drinks. Tony said there’s a sign on the window and there wasn’t. Tap water is free - why do you force people to pay $3 for a bottle. Don’t come here!!!
