We eat at Hot Fish quite often, and usually order the same dishes. I was lucky enough to be their "Tasting Panel Foodie" winner, and was invited to try some different items from the menu. If you want to indulge in an unforgettable gastronomic experience, you have to try the Fresh Striped Bass. I ordered it with spicy sauce, but there are six different flavors to chose from. One of the better Chinese restaurants in Bergen. Probably the best Szechuan in the area.
Authentic Chinese cuisine. We love the food/venue/service. They have a tasteful Asian decor which is very welcoming, some reality and game shows playing on TVs, and some deals as well. Our favorites dishes are fried fish, chicken dry pot, marinated cabbage, Japanese tofu, cold vegetables, pineapple rice, and soup dumplings. Family style or individual.
