I've eaten a lot of mapo tofu and this was the best I think I've ever had - such amazing szechuan pepper flavor. Would go back just for that. Everyone enjoyed their dishes and the little yogurt drinks they offered at the end of the meal were a hit. Would definitely go back and would definitely get the mapo tofu.Vegetarian options: Honestly, if you don't like szechuan style food this probably isn't the restaurant for you. If you do and you're a vegetarian you're probably very familiar with mapo tofu. If that's the case then you won't be disappointed. “Delicious and reasonably priced food. We went on Saturday at 6pm. You have to scan a code to be put on a wait list. This is very convenient because once scanned, you can see your progress in line. Initially, we were told we had a 20 minute wait, but we were seated only after 10 minutes. Service was quick and efficient. I think someone posted that the food came out a little too quickly. However, that worked for us because we had an 8pm show to get to anyways. We never felt rushed at all. For $100, we enjoyed 2 orders of pork soup dumplings, 1 order of pan fried pork dumplings, the sautéed bok choy, vegetable spring rolls, shumai, beef udon noodles, 2 beers, and 2 soft drinks. The food was fresh and very tasty. We will be back!“

The changing chicken was dry fried with tons of chilies that dish is all protein, no brakes. Save room for the rice wine soup. I know it sounds odd, but was a great end to the meal. “Found this late night gem after seeing Sweeny Todd at the theatre.Unfortunately, the kitchen was going to be closed in half an hour, so we only ordered the House Chicken Fried Rice, Shrimp Dumplings, and Sweet & Sour Pork Ribs. My only complaint is I wished we ordered more before the kitchen closed; it was all delicious!! ??The service was quick. Even the Jasmine tea served had a delicious flavour. “I've been here 4 times in the past month now. The food slaps. Makes me feel like I'm back in Shanghai. Chef/owner is very welcoming and passionate about his food. “Went for lunar new year. It’s a pretty nice place with good service. We were given chinese new year themed keychains. They had a restaurant week menu that offered 2 appetizers and 2 entrees for $52 for 2 people. We got 2 restaurant week orders and family styled it. The portions were large and it was way more than enough food for 2 people. My favorite dish was the Grand Marnier prawns. They were huge shrimp battered and fried over lettuce, tomato, and walnuts topped with pineapple and a sweet white sauce. Sweet, rich, and delicious dish. The stir fried beef noodles which were savory and good. The noodles were soft and wide like the consistency of Thai noodles, and the dish was sufficiently beefy. The beef could’ve been juicier and tastier though. The king pao chicken was fine. The mouth watering chicken was good but spicy. That was over cucumber and topped with a sauce, peanuts, and scallions. We got 8 soup dumplings and they were tasty, the right warmth, and better than din tai fung. There was so much food that we took 2 entrees worth of food home. Very solid Chinese food overall, but it depends on the dish.“

“Went here on a cold February night. The place was lively when I walked in, employees were friendly. They were signs explaining the lack of siracha which I appreciated. I ordered a variety to taste including the dumpling soup, turnip cake, beef rice noodle rolls, Cantonese beef meatballs, noodles, and egg tarts. Everything was fairly priced considering it was dim sum and my order came out to about 50 dollars. My order came out quickly and all the food tasted excellent. The dumplings were tender, chewy, and soft. The meat was well flavored and soft. The turnip cake was my favorite, it was perfectly savory. The egg tarts were flaky and not too sweet. My only complaint is lack of seating options, however, overall I could not recommend it more.“
