“They have three dish one soup, the cheapest price is only 6 usd but they sold out 3 pm . Mostly people who work around here will come buy lunch that’s why sold out fast, bento sell 10 am-2:30 pm; others sell 10 am-9 pm. “We got here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon just before it got busy. It’s a small and tight space with friendly service. The best things we tried were the shrimp rice rolls and watercress dumplings in pork bone soup - absolutely well made and really delicious. The quality and execution of the food today was much better than our previous visits. Highly recommend for a casual lunch spot.“

“Great spot for authentic Sichuan cuisine inside American Dream! We tried the Pickled Pepper Frog Legs, Pickled Mustard Fish Soup, Garlic Grilled Fish, and Braised Tofu—everything was flavorful and freshly made. The frog legs were tender, the grilled fish was crispy outside and juicy inside, and even our kids loved the tofu. If you’re looking for spicy Chinese food while visiting the mall, this is definitely worth a stop. Friendly service and we’ll be back!“

“Simple and no fuse bakery. Everything is super fresh. The service is fast too. So even if you see a line out the door don't be intimidated. If you don't see what you're looking for in the case, just ask because they are constantly baking and steaming for the demand. Sometimes it will take a few, but that just means you'll be lucky and get them extra extra fresh.
It is a small location so I'd personally just take my items to go, since crowds come and go.
Parking is street metered parking. $.25 per 30mins, and you put the tag on the driver's side glass.“

“This restaurant is a local GEM! Never disappointed with anything we have ordered in over 6 years. The menu has something for everyone, whether you are looking for a traditional Chinese meal, an American style Chinese meal or Japanese items. We have tried them all, but LOVE creating our own Chinese/Japanese tapas style meal followed by sharing a single entree. Standouts are the wonton soup, rice paper shrimp roll, Kani salad, sushi and many inventive, delicious dumplings (dim sum).“

“This shop has gradually grown in size. The cakes here are really delicious. I have been here several times and bought more than 30 dollars of desserts every time. “This place has the best, most authentic wontons I've ever had outside of Shanghai. Both the small and large wontons are delicious. Every time I go I get the large wontons to eat and a frozen pack to go. They have a delicious lion's head meatball too. I'd go daily if I lived nearby.“

“I am a foodie but my absolute favorite food of all time is Chinese food. I have been eating it the entirety of my 55 years and no place compares with this restaurant!! What an amazing experience, delicious delectable food and warm service. The Dim Sum was out of this world and just an all around great way to experience different foods that you've never tried before. I even loved items that I found i didn't like at all in other restaurants!

The parking lot in the back houses many cars but it's a nightmare to exit.... we had to back out the entire way and it floods if it rains. That's my only advice for this location. Find parking then go immediately to this restaurant for the Chinese food experience of your life. Even on an early Sunday, this place will be packed. And it says something when most of the patrons are also Asian..... they would know more than others the quality and authenticity of their dishes. This place gets a whopping 10 🌟 and above!!!!“

“If you want to sit in a very crowded place, this is the place to go. The food was fine. They messed up our order and acted like they were upset that we said anything but the food is good.“

“We stopped by Ocean Bay Restaurant for Sunday dim sum. The menu has all the typical dim sum favorites, and everything we ordered was satisfying.

My favorite was the shrimp cheung fun—it's one of my go-to dim sum dishes, and this one did not disappoint. We also ordered from the menu the pan-fried noodles with beef, which came in a surprisingly large portion and was very tasty.

Service was quick, and the food arrived without much wait. One thing to note is that the dining room feels a bit tight, especially with the traditional dim sum carts moving around the aisles.

Parking was easy since there's free parking nearby, which is definitely a plus.

Overall, while Ocean Bay wouldn't be my first choice for Sunday dim sum, it's a solid option if you're in the area or craving dim sum without a long wait.“

“Can’t believe that it’s low, everyone was friendly, nice and respectful. Lovely bright dragon decorations and nice big comfortable seating. They asked how I would like my food and if I would like any sauce which they provided unlike other busy restaurant where they say no to be done with you. Great parking because you have back free ones and also street parking. Food was delicious got the roast duck and rice. No complaints at all. 10/10 would go again.“

“I am a 22 year Multifamily professional (which means I've done the job TFC is doing for a long time myself). I have never in my career seen this level of professionalism, speed to issue resolution, and overall quality, which TFC has provided.  From the porters, to maintenance, to door staff, to leasing and managers. I have experienced nothing but extreme quality and care.  I'm not impressed easily and I'm not just impressed, I'm blown away.

If you are in serious consideration of a TFC apartment vs. another option, go TFC. The experience is worth it a million times over.“

“Family lunch - no wait time as we went before 11am . Compare to other dim sum restaurants in the area, the one is less crowded. dim sum are fresh made and spring rolls still warm and crispy while on the table. My family likes it as not too salty and not too much MSG in the food as I’m not feeling thirsty after the meal. Will try more dishes next time“
