One of the best management companies; door men are super nice. Building is kept very well; no issues.
Excellent service and smooth process from start to finish. Truly a trusted real estate expert.
I am a 22 year Multifamily professional (which means I've done the job TFC is doing for a long time myself). I have never in my career seen this level of professionalism, speed to issue resolution, and overall quality, which TFC has provided. From the porters, to maintenance, to door staff, to leasing and managers. I have experienced nothing but extreme quality and care. I'm not impressed easily and I'm not just impressed, I'm blown away.
