I was craving some dumplings and I walked by Chairman Sun and saw their menu had just what I wanted!
The Pork Soup Dumplings were a 5/5. Full of flavor and the perfect texture. The soy sauce and flavor of the pork matched perfectly.
My Scallion Cucumber salad was a perfect flavor profile for me as a I love a garlic moment. The dressing was drinkable…and the cucumber cuts were hardy and a perfect fresh bite.
Lastly, the spring rolls, solid and great flavor.

Lovely interior, quiet atmosphere, super friendly staff, DELICIOUS food. Highly recommend the Szechuan mung bean jelly noodles!!!
They do traditional Chinese food and Western Chinese food, and they do all of it really well. We are fans of the general tso chicken, mapo tofu, whole steamed fish, dry pot pork and cabbage, beef lo mein noodles and fried rice. The meat they serve with the noodles were plenty for a single serving. Love a good Asian restaurant that serves hot tea on the house too.
