A new handmade dumpling restaurant has opened near Times Square. What's best is that they don't require tipping, which is great. I'll definitely come again next time.

Was excited to see a new place with soup dumplings in the old mr Sun location.
Pros: most everything I ordered was great. I got lamb & celery dumplings, pork & crab soup dumplings, cucumber salad. The soup dumplings had good flavor but missing a lot of soup.
Cons: no physical menus, ordering from an app. But the worst was they could not give me a glass of water, just tried to sell me a bottle of water. Honestly will probably not come back just...read full review
