I don't see the hype for this place: you pay $23 for a burger, fries and Coke and you are asked for a tip. Why tip at an overpriced fast-food joint? To be asked is insulting! And gives the salesperson an unfounded reason to look at you with disdain when you don't!The meat is average, for the money they should serve Argentinian beef. I'll visit again when it becomes Two and a Half Guys.

My favorite burger and french fry place to go to. Let's start with the burger...you get unlimited fresh toppings to your liking. If you like jalapaneos, they use actual jalapenos that are hot. The burger is just packed with flavor with every bite and won't fall apart as you eat it.The cajun fries are the best fries at any fast food or restaurant location in the country...maybe in the world. When I am feeling extra hungry, I like to also get their strawberry milkshake without whipped cream.

They say all 5 guys are the same, but I beg to differ.Because of the Giants Jets game I went to the Hackensack location instead of my usual East Rutherford spot.Big mistake. The burgers were over cooked, the fries were extra soggy, and the store was really dirty!!!Went back to East Rutherford the next weekend and everything was back to AWESOME!!! Great Burgers, Great Fries, and the place is kept soo Clean!!In other words....Do Not Go to the 5 guys in Hackensack.
