I only order using the 5 guys app, and my order is always waiting for me when I arrive at the store, correctly prepared. The workers are as thorough and accommodating as is possible given the volume of work they have to deal with. And the quality of the food is first rate.
The food is always great, but I was especially impressed by the service today. A staff member cleaned and sanitized the table and chairs immediately after each customer left. She was very thorough and attentive. It’s great to see this level of care and cleanliness. Excellent job!
Five Guys in Hackensack is a great place for a burger. The staff at the Five Guys are really friendly, and helpful to guests. The staff are also very professional and will accommodate guests' requests. This is a great place to come for a burger and time with the family!
