We eat at Hot Fish quite often, and usually order the same dishes. I was lucky enough to be their "Tasting Panel Foodie" winner, and was invited to try some different items from the menu. If you want to indulge in an unforgettable gastronomic experience, you have to try the Fresh Striped Bass. I ordered it with spicy sauce, but there are six different flavors to chose from.
