I accidentally grabbed another bag instead of mine. When I noticed, I went running back dying of embarrassment and apologized a lot of times, but they were very nice and kind with me and told me to not worry about it. They made another for the customer and gave me the one I took as a graduation gift. I’m so so so sorry again and thank you so much 🥲💗

Very pleasant staff. Drive thru remains to be a quick and efficient way to promptly get a bite to eat and go, when pinched for time. Staff again is very pleasant, and even went so far as to quickly help me navigate the McDonald's app for the 1st time. Order has always been correct and when I've went inside things were clean and not chaotic. This was a pleasantly, as some fast food resturants can come off as quite chaotic. I just wanted to apologize to the guy that works on Sunday morning at the first window. This was a few weeks ago in October of 2025. I was screaming and crying because I wanted the shake to be great like it always was by first in line.
