I booked reservations on a whim for New Year's Eve. It was a lovely night they had hats and whistles for the patrons and balloons filled the ceiling before midnight the gave everyone champagne for a toast. My server was JT and he had great customer service. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves.

I’ve been a customers for many years and never been disappointed until tonight. Awful
Customer service. Our waiter was very rude and disrespectful. He asked us if we wanted to add anything flavored butter to our steak. I typically don’t get the butter because their steaks are so good it’s not necessary. As he was telling us the flavors, I was thinking sounds kinda good. I asked him the price of the butter. I was curious because if it was a lot then I would pass. I love their steaks without it anyway. His response, if you have to ask the price then you shouldn’t be eating here. He was dead serious. I didn’t respond to him.
I let the manager know at the end of the night. She asked if there was anything she could do. I wasn’t telling her for a discount. We just got our bill and left.
This would never happen at Capitol Grille or Roots. I don’t understand how someone would think that’s okay to say to a customer.

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. I don’t know if is the times that we’re living in that because I’m a minority I am being treated differently or as if im less than the other white customers but the services here by one of the waiters who was also a white man who seemed to have something around his neck. Anywho this waiter was extremely micro aggressive, gave me and sister weird nasty looks and was just rude as heck. It’s like he was dragging his feet just even have some sort of decency towards us. I came bc someone recommended it but I will never ever ever ever return. Please stay away from here if you want feel like you’re back in the segregation times. All this restaurant was missing was a COLORED ONLY SECTION AND WHITES ONLY SECTION. Just to sum up my encounter with this despicable establishment.

I've been going to Morton's for over 20 years. Always enjoyed it. Stopped going a few years ago The quantity wasn't as good. Started going again over the summer. The quality seems to be back. Have been going regularly the past year and it's been great. Steaks, Sea Bass, Side dishes. Fresh oysters.👍👍👍👍 Everything is very good.

My wife and I had a wonderful dinner! everything about the food was amazing from the table bread, salads to the main coarse.

The overall experience at Morton's was amazing the waitress was amazing service always being sure the food was great to service. The value of the $29 lunch special was one of the best smash burgers I've had. Def will be back for more but also trying more during the lunch hour.

Lobster Ravioli used to be soo good now the sauce is horrible ot everyone likes truffle, you should be able to order without it. Lobster was stringy in soup and big piece of cartilage. My steak was good but really small! I don't think it was 8 oz. for $80 ..$225 2 people no.Alchol, no desert..1 app, 2 soup, 1 steak 1 lobster Ravioli, 1 FF that was before the tip

Dinner was excellent, they were running a special which we enjoyed and our waiter Danny was the best.

I had a disappointing experience here some time ago when I took a friend out for a birthday dinner. We were seated in the back and were repeatedly harassed about our attire, which immediately set an uncomfortable tone, which we were more than happy to oblige.

Afterward, I contacted corporate to file a complaint. Instead of receiving an apology, I received a call from an area manager, Chris Gerkin, during which I was lectured and spoken to with attitude. It felt less like an effort to resolve the issue and more like an attempt to defend the employee (JOE) involved. I was offered free appetizers in a way that came across as a means to dismiss the complaint rather than address it sincerely.

Morton’s is not exceptional enough to justify this kind of treatment. I will not be returning.

Reservation was not ready. Left us at bar, gad to go back to front desk. Brought me wrong drink. Appetizers were late. Steak overcooked. Sundae for desert, ice cream melted, fudge clumpy. Sat back there too long. They took just about everything off bill but I want to pay for an enjoyable meal, not pay $80 for late food and overcooked meat. And im a fan of Mortons.

The best part is the service. I was seated in my corner and all the servers took great care of me. Water was promptly filled and I was checked on frequently without having to wave waiters down which causes dining fatigue. Personal preference, thought it could use more light. I‘m used to being in steakhouses without being too dingy that I can just see what I'm eating, could be brighter. The Cajun steak felt a little on the salty side so if they can make the Cajun steak less salty it will be perfect. Otherwise perfectly cooked. Oyster Rockefeller felt too heavy on sauce where I couldn't taste the oyster as much. Could be Lighter on sauce and some salt and pepper. Lobster and crab cocktail, should have had lumps of crab. Personally preferred a meatier taste. I'd come back if there is a special since I really liked the prompt service.
