I love the Paris Baguette chain. I was very excited to run into this location while doing errands. I went in the early morning when all the pastries were still coming out. I was lucky to be treated to such fresh croissants and my regular favorites. This location is special. Their desserts are perfectly sweet! Other chains usually have very sweet custards and iced teas, but this location has their recipe mastered. The mochi donuts were so chewy! The creams and custards were not too sweet which pairs perfectly with their soft breads, flakey croissants, and chewy donuts! The staff were very friendly and packed everything in a careful and neat manner. I can’t wait to treat myself to Hackensack Paris Baguette again!

First of all I came in on my birthday to get my reward, I asked an employee if the cake had a certain ingredient, that I’m allergic to she laughed at me and said what why would that be in the cake. Turns out it was in the cake. Then it came time to checkout I tried using my free cake slice reward she laughed with her friend and spoke about me in Chinese. Then she said no you can’t use your reward. This got me frustrated, I then asked for the manger, she went and brought a random employee which then that employee began to impersonate that role. This location was very unprofessional, and unsanitary as the smell was foul. Even they deactivated my account, after this. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Walked into Paris Baguette in Hackensack, dreaming of a smooth, elegant caramel macchiato. What did I get? Iced coffee with a splash of caramel and a whole lot of confusion. Macchiato? Nowhere in sight—just a sad retrace of my coffee hopes and dreams.
Next time, I’ll bring a picture. Or maybe a dictionary. Because apparently, “macchiato” is open to interpretation, and elegance is on ice!

Paris Baguettes pastries are fantastic. I’ve tried many different pastries and have not been disappointed yet. However, as some others have complained there’s is a lack of availability problem at this specific location. I’ve been here multiple times between 4 and 5 pm to find shelves are 3/4 empty on a Saturday. This is a simple supply and demand issue. I’ve talk to the staff about this but they seemed unconcerned. It’s been like this for a long time and seems like complaints are going unheard or management is not taking it seriously. While I live in Hackensack I’d rather go to the Fort Lee location as I know availability will be much better. Management you really need to listen to complaints. You’re losing money here.

They were fully stocked, the ham and cheese croissant was delish. The blueberry & cream cheese croissant was yummy too. My hazelnut coffee was good. The staff helped me with my fussy baby by bringing my heated up food to my table. And there were a lot of ppl there eating.

I really like their imitation crab sandwich. I think it’s the bread. But I felt the chai latte was a little too sweet
Love the atmosphere here.

I went to this place for the first time on a Saturday at around 4:30 pm There was hardly anything on the shelves as far as doughnuts and pasteries. I don't understand if a place closes at 9:00 pm and it is only 4:30 shoulden't you be restocking since you still have over 4 hours until closing time? Also self serve...that does not work well for me, I perfer products being behind a counter and servers being the only ones touching the products. For these reasons i will not be returning.

I visit this location several times, but the last two times I have been here(5pmish) they’ve had 0 pasteries on display when they close at 9pm. How do you not make more pasteries when you aren’t even close to closing time?
Unacceptable!
So disappointed since I love their pasteries. DO BETTER!!!!
