I received a promotion regarding a 3 course meal and decided to give PF Changs a try. I will admit the food was well prepared and tasty. The problem was all three courses came out at nearly the same time. First the salad then 3 minutes later by the appetizer and before even starting the appetizer the main course followed. Obviously some better training is needed on timing. They were not busy at the time.

Service was excellent. Seating was great, ambience was fine. Food was just ok. The appearance and taste of the food was fine but many of the appetizers and food came out lukewarm as if previously prepared and just plated as it was. To be honest I had better food from take out joints.

As usual, this place is constantly overbooked. While the wait staff was very pleasant, the service was extremely slow. The food is so sweet it gave us all a headache. It was fun for the night but I think we will be moving on.
