I want to congratulate the entire Starbucks team inside Target at Hackensack, they are always friendly, attentive, and full of positive energy that makes me want to come back every day. The baristas provide excellent service, always remember my order, and treat me with respect and kindness. They are the main reason I continue to visit this location!
However, I do want to mention a situation that is not related to the Starbucks team, but rather to someone who said they were a Target “manager” and happened to be in line behind me one day. Their attitude made me feel uncomfortable, as if they were questioning whether I intended to pay something that has never been an issue for me. I am the type of person who will even cover the bill for elderly customers who might be short on change, so that kind of insinuation is completely uncalled for.
Since that day, I only come here because of the amazing Starbucks baristas, but I think it’s important for Target to address this type of behavior, as it can impact the customer experience and reflect poorly on Starbucks. The Starbucks team deserves an environment free of negative attitudes so they can continue providing the outstanding service they always deliver.

I’ve been using this Starbucks location since it opened last year. I went in this morning on 01/29/24 around 9 am. There were 3 women working and I was the only customer ordering a coffee. They all had horrible attitudes, the woman taking my order spoke to me like I was stupid. This is not the first encounter of just terribly rude and unfriendly customer service at this location. It’s a constant awful experience anytime ordering here. I’m sorry you ladies hate your job but don’t take it out on me.

The girl working as the cashier today 1/15/24 whose name started with a “J” has a bad and snarky attitude. How are you a cashier and work in customer service and treat customers badly? She needs to reconsider her job as a cashier if she doesn’t like interaction with people.

This store is located in Target and is set to close at 8:00pm. I approached the counter to place an order around 7:40pm and was told that they’re closed. What the hell is that? How do you turn people away at 7:40pm when the store closes at 8:00pm. And on top of that, these people had an attitude when addressing me. It’s disgusting!

Just bad, I really tried not to give a bad review and tried to give it a chance every time I go shopping at Target. Its just a disappointment, before it only used to be bad coffees, and now we get bad coffee and FREE actitude and rudenesses from the staffs. specifically the barista girl. Its like we are beggin for a coffee and not paying for an overpriced coffee. Most of the items are always out of stock. And its just this specific Starbucks franchise.
