Such a clean, inviting and peaceful atmosphere. Literally the best Matcha that I've had in my life.

Gangnam Signature Café in GS Mall is an absolute must-visit!
One of their standout offerings is the mini croffel. This delightful combination of croissant and waffle is perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, making it a delectable treat that pairs beautifully with their range of toppings. And let's not forget the bubble tea—an absolute delight! The flavors are vibrant and refreshing, with just the right amount of chewy tapioca pearls.
You also have to try their latte, crafted from the finest Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee beans. The rich, smooth flavor and creamy texture are simply unparalleled. It’s clear that they take great care in sourcing their ingredients, and the result is a coffee experience that will leave you wanting more. It is expensive but it is worth every penny if you are coffee lover.

For context, this review is about the bubble tea.

This place is all aesthetic and zero in bubble tea/boba. For a place that seems to specialize in tea, there was very little to zero tea flavor in the drinks. I asked if they do non-milk tea (I’d want to see what their tea quality is like) and the worker was helpful in describing their drinks as being on the creamier side. But even the milk quality is poor. It doesn’t even taste like real milk—just water and milk powder.

The standard milk tea tastes like Lipton tea with water and milk powder. The strawberry milk tea tastes somehow more artificial than Nesquik and worse at the same time. They use powder for their flavors, but even the powder seems of low quality. I got a sesame boba for my sister, which hasn’t been tasted yet, so hopefully that’s a bit better.

The boba itself had a decent texture and seemed to have a good amount of syrup, but in the drink they stood to have no flavor.

$7.50 for a large size boba of this quality is honestly criminal. KFT, Gong Cha, any other big chain spot would be better in terms of taste and quality for bubble tea.

The croffles are overrated here

Not many dessert or snack options at this overpriced cafe in a high end mall. The matcha soft serve was good, boba was hard and one cup was $10.
