Staff working the counters are amazing. Food is great. What is NOT good is management/owner. Online delivery order Tips do not go to the workers, the OWNER gets them!!! I placed a delivery order of a cake for my husband’s birthday on 3/31. The driver arrived with a single serving sundae. He didn’t speak English, and when I called the store panicked the workers said there’s no way to deliver the cake because of the drivers mistake, we needed to pick it up.
