This is my favorite Chinese food spots in hackettstown and surrounding areas. The people are friendly and fast service, prices are fair and atmosphere is relaxing. Came here on a rainy day with my daughter before the movie and what a great idea that was. Looked at pricing for a half ass decent meal at the theatre and it’s insane. If you go to a movie and leave early enough but want to avoid the insane overpriced food there def give hunan wok a try. You will leave full and satisfied...
ITHEY SHOULD HAVE MORE THAN 4.0!! I am surprised & it’s not true IMHO!!! Their WONTON SOUP is OUTSTANDING. No one ELSE AROUND HERE OFFERS SHRIMP DUMPLINGS!!! PLUS THEY ARE LIGHT PASTA AND SHRIMP FILLED WITH A GREAT SAUCE!! Their Shrimp & Egg Rolls are light and crispy. They have their unique soup with the unique bases of your choice and they are hearty & warm and warm. Thank You!
I routinely go to this restaurant for egg drop soup for take out at lunch time. The soup is excellent. The service is friendly. In fact the lady at the counter remembers my favorite foods. Two evenings ago, I ordered vegetable and chicken egg foo yon that was better than I have had elsewhere in the area, both in consistency and taste.
