We had the Shokudo Ramen and Tonkutsu Ramen. Both were very flavorful, with Shokudo being a little better. So the extra flavor the add for Shokudu made the difference. Char Sui was straight slice vs round but to me that astics, very good thickness. either slight pan fried or blow torched to create mallard effect
Food was fantastic, the sushi was very fresh the rice in it was fluffy and well seasoned. The ramen was spectacular, pork was very tender and the soft egg was one of the best I've ever had.
They also had surprisingly good bamboo shoots, normally it's just a nice fibrous filler for ramen toppings, but here it's definitely another highlight whenever it's included.

So let me start off with this, the pork buns are easily the best I've had anywhere around. This has to be at the top of this review because they are hands down fantastic.
