Very fast and friendly service, the Yusan signature ramen was delicious, I had it with chicken broth and it was pretty falvorful. The golden salmon appetizer was also delicious and a great combination of flavors and textures. I also got takoyakis but didn't get a picture because they were some of the best I've had in north NJ so they were eaten quickly. I have bought sushi here numerous times - the staff is very nice & food is quite good.
BUT, I am only leaving 4 stars because my last visit was a bit disappointing. My order included a salmon avocado maki roll & my very first piece of it contained a fish bone 🫤 I have enjoyed sushi for decades & from many locations - this was honestly the FIRST time I have ever discovered a fish bone in a maki roll. So this place is a no wait staff, order at a kiosk deal, with a sign that lets you know, which I'm totally fine with -- but despite that, the staff was really attentive and did actually bus our table and stuff, which was a pleasant surprise. Staff was friendly and all three of our ramens were awesome. Just know that if you order on separate tickets and you have a movie to get to, the second order might take longer than you'd prefer. But again. Really good food.
