Depends who's working
I go to the DD on the Black Horse Pike in Mt.Ephraim at least once a week. The employees are very pleasant and the food is good.
This shop is mostly self service which is good. Inside was clean when we visited. I can say food I.e. donuts and munchies were fresh.
