Extraordinary! In a world where details are often overlooked, Two Fish reminded me that there are still establishments dedicated to excellence! As usual, this was an exceptional meal. We'd eaten here several times before, and each time was a memorable experience. My wife, who doesn't like fish, opted to order the skate wing, recommended by the waitress. It was served with spinach spätzle and caper brown butter.
