Great service! The food was good, the daily soup was amazing (potato stem), and very plentiful (free bruschetta, bread, butter, vinaigrette - our meals included daily soup and salad). The staff was very kind and quick.

We live in the area and it was our first time visiting Milano. The place feels formal and you are greeting and sat right away! Our server Mary was very attentive and had great customer service. The staff that helped with plates, water refills, and even parmesan cheese offerings were extremely nice and also attentive. Excellent staff all around.
The disappointment and why our rating is low involves the kitchen as the food was extremely underwhelming! We ordered for appetizer the calamari and clams oreganato. The calamari was overcooked and undersalted, the clams lacked in flavor and we did not even want the last one. For our Entrees, we ordered the zuppe fra Diablo and the almond Crusted sea bass special. The pasta dish was ok but the lobster was overcooked, the fish in the dish was terrible we had to spit it out, the sauce lacked flavor. The fish special was ok also. The actual fish was actually very good! The rice it came with was undercooked and flavor was also lacking.
Overall, the experience from a staff and setting perspective was great! The food was unfortunately not worth the price in my opinion.

I took my family to Milano for dinner and I can't stop talking about it. The food was excellent. I personally ordered the stuffed Rigatoni with Shrimp and it was fantastic... highly recommend. The ambiance was very relaxed and classy. our waiter, Artie was attentive and made sure that we never had to wait. If you haven't been there yet, make sure that's a direct destination or a stop for lunch or dinner.

Easily my FAVORITE Italian restaurant! GREAT Food, Service, & Atmosphere. The Bruschetta, Meatballs, and Calamari appetizers are phenomenal if you close your eyes and chew you’d believe you’re in Italy. GREAT FLAVOR and that’s just a few of the appetizers. My favorite entrées, definitely the shrimp Alfredo! But if you don’t like seafood my friend had the Chicken Marsala and loved it! Unfortunately we were too stuffed for dessert but we’ll definitely be going back!
