This place is absolutely brutal. The food was bad. The service was shoddy. The drinks were awful. $120+ for a Caesar salad that was literally just bitter greens, bland spaghetti cacio e Pepe, a tiny piece of swordfish with undercooked gigante beans, some grapefruit drink with too much sugar, and a dirty gin martini that came out as literally just a full glass of gin. No vermouth, no “dirty”, no olives. There was also the mushroom side dish that had to be removed from the check because they were clearly spoiled though I was told the chef said it was because they sat under the heat lamp too long, which is absolute nonsense. This place will never change though because it’s inside the resort and theres little competitive pressure outside the resort to force it to improve. Despite how terrible it is, the place was still packed. But dear god it’s terrible. I wouldn’t eat here again if it were free. Avoid like the plague if you can.

I am giving Chef Josh five stars. He elevated the new menu. Thank you!
The Manager Al Burn is in total control. He treats the clientele as family.

My husband and I recently rented one of those chalets outside for a private dining experience. We loved the chalet and champagne and the server was great. However, the food options for the price were bleak and the food itself was not great. For $100 a person you should b offered more than salad, pizza, and pasta (all cheap dishes). I get that it’s more for the experience but we were really disappointed in the food selection and quality.

Crystal Springs Bistro exceeded our expectations. Trent out server was amazing and offered the best service, he was able to give recommendations and was warm and welcoming. Brian the bartender made our tables drinks and made the best espresso martini I have ever had!! It was a great experience at Bistro!! We most definitely will be back!!!

We have gone to Springs Bistro many times before and have really enjoyed it. This past Tuesday our dinner was out of this world! The white zucchini pizza was like nothing we have ever had before. The Octopus and the steak were also outstanding. Our waiter, Troy, was WONDERFUL! We have had Troy as our waiter the last three times we have dined there and he is always the best waiter. He is personable, attentive, and knowledgeable of the menu. Springs Bistro is lucky to have such a long standing, excellent server on their team! We look forward to going back again!

Food was good, to very good. Disappointed with the service as it was slow and lacked care. Dinner sides brought out cold and after entrees, no steak knife brought with dinner until asked for and no water refills unless asked for.To top it off my wife asked them to bring out a dessert for my birthday to the hostess as well as included in the reservation note, but no one did anything! The hospitality at all the restaurants here are severely lacking. The food is generally very good though.

I was brought to springs bistro for my birthday. Dinner was delicious I had the branzino which was cooked perfectly., apps of Brussels sprouts also very good.. Cocktails were good. Our server was Troy and he was great! And to my surprise chef Lorenzo brought out an in house homemade tiramisu which was so creamy and not over done with lady fingers.. it was a great experience.

It was my 1st time at Crystal Springs we went up to the area to check out the Christmas decorations around the resorts. We made reservations at Spring bistro which went well. We arrived early because I forgotten the time. It was not an issue to them and we were seated right away. Our waiter (Troy) was very good and tentative, he answered all my questions and I always have a lot of questions. He recommended a cocktail for me based on me question for the least sweet of the cocktail features. We ordered the ricotta fig appetizer and it was delicious! Chef Lorenzo visited our table and gave wonderful recommendations based on my questions and dietary issues. I had the bronzini which was recommended and it was so so good. My son had the seafood over pasta which he loved the sauce was a combo of sweet and spicy (bonus). I also order the brussels sprout (I asked if they were crispy since I like them that way and they were!) they are now my favorite! I could eat a plate of that for my dinner. everything we ordered we enjoyed. I will be coming back again very soon.

We came here for the New Year's dinner. I honestly wasn't expecting it to be as good as it was. We had a four course dinner and everything from apps to dessert was absolutely delicious! The lobster salad was tender and buttery. My boyfriend wouldn't stop talking about how good the gnocchi were. The short rib entree was tender and full of flavor. The chocolate budino dessert was absolutely delicious. Everything was fantastic. The server was attentive and friendly. Fantastic meal!

Family Christmas Eve dinner. Mediocre meal at best. Wait time for the meal was uncomfortably long, and there were obviously issues in the kitchen based on the looks of the staff. Our waitress was apologetic but it appeared that management could care less. The kicker is the $786 bill for a party of four - two prime rib plates and two pasta dishes, couple of beers. Absolutely shocked any establishment could charge as much for a disappointing, sub-par dining experience. Shame on me for not reading some of these reviews before deciding to give them a try. Will not be back.

Came in with a reservation and was sat within a few moments. Andrew was our server and he was great; explained the menu and gave suggestions. Pizzas and desserts are delicious! Would definitely come back.
