Terrible service the order is never correct and there phones don’t work so good luck trying to get Intouch. It’s not hard to make a sandwich but they sure do make it seem like it is

Hours says they are open until 10pm. Second time I went around 9:20pm and they were closed. They should either stay open until 10pm as it’s listed on line or change the hours so their customers don’t waste a trip

I understand that prices have gone up for everything and every business and that certain cost have to be passed along, but my experience at Subway in Hamburg yesterday was just ridiculous. I have been going to the Hamburg Subway for years and ordering the same 3 sandwiches for years. I remember when the current owners took over and I made my comments about them, such as how cheap they are with there condiments and it's like pulling teeth to get the sandwich you want made the way you want it even though that is Subway's whole business model . You order as you go so you the customer can see the sandwich being made and you can customize it to your liking, but yesterday When the guy was making my BMT and I ordered the same way every time I have gone in there this time he proceeds to tell me that I have hit my allotment for pickles and if I kept saying more pickles he was going to have to charge me for each pickle that went over. He proceeded to tell me the cheap ass owners formula about how much for the size of the sandwich I was allowed. I couldn't believe it. My wife saw my face getting red and had to remind me to stay calm. I have been to many sandwich shops and many Subway's and have never been treated like this especially as a loyal customerI looked around before leaving and read the fine print on the menus and nothing indicated that there was an certain allotment of pickles you were allowed. Unfortunately these owners own several of these Subway's in the area. I'm seriously considering a personal ban on the Subways this guy owns. You might want to think of doing the same.

The web says it close at 10, I went 9:11 and the guy in the line was sitting locking his phone and wave his hand telling me that it was closed, at my knowledge this is not the first time this happened

Huge Disappointment! We like Subway but the new "footlong dippers" are a flop. Bought one of each, pepperoni, chicken & cheese. All dough & no substance. Where's the beef?? Looked nothing like the commercial. Very chewy. And, not a foot long. Think it shrunk when it was heated. Sad! Do not recommend. Ps That 4 inches is half of the foot long dipper.

Not sure if it’s the owner or manager who is always working, but he is BEYOND rude and nasty to any customer that walks through that door. Skimps the sandwiches. Yells at customers for no reason more than simply entering the store. He can’t handle a high pace environment. Location would be better off closing if they can’t find more staff.
Worst service ever. The little guy who works behind the counter is rude. He does not know how to communicate properly and make sandwich at the same time. Does not listen at all. Management needs to fire him.

Worst subway out there. First of the door says they close at 9. Got here at 8:16 and watched the guy turn the lights off and wave us away. They always barley put anything in the sandwich. Staff is decently friendly when they talk. Never pick up the phone when you call at 8 when the website says 9 and the door also says 9. Do not go here. Go to a local deli or jersey mikes.

Called at 745 tonight(Saturday) and the guy who answered says they are closing in 10 minutes? Even though the Google hours are til 9.... Seemed like he didn't even want to be there.
