Went to this place for the first time bc they have boars head cold cuts. Asked for “spiced ham” and was given ham. Asked for yellow American cheese and got white American cheese. Maybe they don’t have what I asked for, but then let me know instead of just giving me whatever. Also how do you cut cheese and not put wax paper between every few slices??!! What I have is a big chunk of cheese that you can’t even pull apart. On top of that the guy behind the counter was annoyed that he had a customer at around 1pm when he was looking to close up, website says they close at 2 today, so not sure why you would be annoyed for having a customer at 1pm. I could understand if it was like 10 to 2 or something. Guess I really need to continue going all the way to New York just to get some decent cold cuts….

I visited Briarwood Deli for the first time couple weeks ago. Very courteous staff, and breakfast and lunch were delicious. Definitely worth the trip!

Great place and delicious food. I love coming here for your typical quick bacon egg and cheese breakfast before work and get the lotto. Very homie spot and friendly staff. Definitely recommend it

Pretty solid sandwiches. The pepperoni was super salty, and it could use more meat but great nonetheless. The bread was fantastic!

Sandwich prices are much higher than advertised. Price consistency is non-existent. They do make a good sandwich but you never know how much you are doing to pay.

Just purchased a couple sandwiches there today well needless to say the hot sandwich was cold and the potatoes on the sandwich tasted like they were leftover from breakfast. The server use the lottery machine handled money dropped something on floor picked it up then proceeded to continue to make someone's food did not change gloves. Being in food service myself this is not the proper way to handle food.

Went there a few times over the past year during the quarantine, not once did I see anyone wearing a mask. Dirty store that needs a good cleaning. Employees as well as an owner who treat you as if they’re doing you a favor just by serving you. High prices , little product on sandwiches, this is pre inflation! A girlfriend of mine said that she had heard the Asian man who is the owner make snide little comments under his breath as if no one could hear him. No worries, the health inspector will be getting a call. Stay away at all costs unless you like paying high prices for very poor service!

I was not impressed at all. Sandwich was small but I guess for the price it was to be expected. I ordered a pastrami and turkey with coleslaw and russian dressing on rye. The sandwich had almost no pastrami on it. My wife had a Reuben and it had almost no meat on it. Like I said we didn't expect a real NY deli sandwich because of the price. But, I damn sure didn't expect my pastrami and turkey sandwich to taste like TUNA fish.

Waited over 20 min for a simple order on a slow day. I addressed the cook myself (with approval from front staff) and he was pretty much laughing about it saying it would be another 10 min or more. Very rude and going forward, I will not pick up anymore Grubhub orders from there.

As far as I know they open at 5am which is perfect cuz I start my workday pretty early. I really love their home fries, they never need any extra seasoning, perfect the way they make them. All their food is made to order and I haven't had a bad experience yet.
