The new building looks great. But the staff they have now in this location are so rude and not very nice. The old staff is no longer there. The orders are never correct and now they let food sit in warmer and breakfast bread be so hard/steel because it sits on warmer for so long.

First time at this new location. The service was horrendous and the dining room was a mess. The workers don’t seem to have any sense of urgency when it comes to taking orders, especially when the line is long. There also seems to be a great deal of disorganization. It reminds me of the Keystone Cops with everyone bumping into each other and accomplishing nothing. We cleaned off our own table and even picked up food off the floor under the table. Not a good first time experience.

This was our first time visiting after opening their new store… awful experience. It took a solid three minutes for someone to come take our order at the register, yet employees were standing around. It took us about 10-15 min for us to get our food once ordered. We never had service this slow at the previous location. When going up to get a refill there were multiple employees standing around yet no one approached us to help. I had To ask twice before someone finally came over. The service has gone downhill. I dont see myself returning to this location.

Today we placed an order through the new drive-through, and although the service was nice and speedy, and the worker was sweet, the 2 orders I placed was absolutely disappointing and distasteful. I've never had such dry, over done chicken, burnt fries, and sour lemonades ever as my experience as a costumer here. This is quite disappointing for a brand new location.

The store was clean and the food was good. Unfortunately, the service made this my last visit. We have been coming to this store since 2004 at the previous location. The staff was always nice and we frequently attended special events here. We were excited to come to the "Grand Reopening at the new location.Half of our group ordered at the counter and the other half on the app. The counter order arrived, but the app order took over 15 minutes (app said 2-7 minutes). When the app order arrived the drink was not included. The staff member said he would go get it. After having another table's milkshakes prepared, the drink was delivered. It arrived over 10 minutes after the food.The most significant problem, however, occurred at the end of our meal. Two of my children arrived at the restaurant shortly before 9:30. The sign on the door of this brand new restaurant said they were open until 10. My children were told they had to wait outside. I went to the door and told the employee that they were coming inside and that her manager could some see me if she had a problem. The manager yelled to me across the dining room that they were closed. I said, "That's fine, they can come sit with us while we finish our meal. Your sign says 10." She said, "We're already closed. You need to leave. We have places to go." She said this even though the drive-thru is ACTUALLY open until 10.When I told her that Chick-fil-a's mistake (the sign) is not my problem, she accused ME of escalating and said I was not treating her like a "human." Remember that this same person just told my children they had to wait outside for their parents. I was able to speak to the owner as he was onsite for the reopening. He was very polite and apologetic, but I very clearly told him that I would not be eating at that Chick-fil-a again.Also, not one person said, "my pleasure" during our entire visit.

Location is not the greatest. Corner spot with limited parking. Otherwise great service with good food.Parking: Limited spaces for too many visitors.
Just like every other chick fil a the food is always great, the drive thru may look crazy and overwhelming but they always keep it moving. Only complaint is the parking lot being too small and a mess with the drive thru. Overall great experience and great place to stop if you need a quick bite while out hitting the local shops.

Brought my kids here. My youngest dropped food everywhere. The gentleman cleaned it up very quickly. I said I was sorry and he said it's okay, your kids are having fun! They helped me place a to go order aswell when I was done eating. Always amazing workers that care about the customers at this location!

It's Chic-fil-a, what more to say. Ordering through the app does make it easier so you don't have to do it in person with any customizations and add-one etc. Their milkshakes are my favorite.
