My friend and I come in here often and we have had Alex quite a few times and he’s always great and attentive, always has a positive attitude!! I love chilis and this location specifically and they have gotten even better!!

I met a girlfriend of mine for lunch.. Always love me some chips and salsa. Chill's are the best. As far as the service went that day. My food order was wrong. never received my drink until I was almost done with my meal. I would defiantly go back since it always seems like there is never the same person there. (turnover) so hopefully next time service will be better.

The manager spanish guy took my menu off my table. I asked the host at the door that gave me the menu if he was the manager she stated she dont know and refused to give me the menu back. Waitress over all was good better then the other two.

Your typical neighborhood chilis. I love their fajitas but just recently tried their chicken bacon ranch quesadillas and they were amazing! I hate that chips and salsa doesn’t come with the meals like other relatable chains offer but definitely can look past that. The kids menu is also great and they offer a variety of sides and drinks for the kids. The prices of the kids menu are by far more reasonable than other chain restaurants. They do a great job with service and I have never had an issue here. I do recommend the chocolate chip cookie with ice cream for dessert, it’s huge and great!Parking: Can get crazy during rush but usually can find a close spot.Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu with a variety of sides and drinks. Priced well.
Slow service.. Stale food.. Messy presentation of dishes.. Luke warm food.. Seating area not cleaned... The only reason it's 2 stars instead of 1 is bc there was no wait.

I'm a Dasher. I can't in to pick up an order that someone else picked up. I called and they told me to have them make it again. Second time this happened. The night is turning out bad. In steps Katrina, she was absolutely fantastic, kind and easy to talk to. I have eaten there once a long time ago. Thanks to Katrina, I'll be going there from now on.

Tortilla chips were fine, but the salsa was watered down, the ranch for my bacon chicken ranch quesadillas were very watered down, the bowl of chili I ordered looked disgusting and something that resembles chili from a can and for some reason everything just tasted like somebody poured all the salt I'm the kitchen onto my meal, wasn't very enjoyable, our server barely checked on us either not very impressed should of went to longhorn last night.
